Here you find all the finer details for shipping, returns and all the boring (yet important) T&C's. If you can't find the answers or info you need simply shoot us an email and we'll be more than happy to assist.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped within 24hrs from the time of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If for any reason you can’t find this email, have a look in your junk, and if still no luck, please contact our customer support team at info@harvardfrost.com.au

The following delivery timeframes are based from the day the order is shipped, (it's best to prepare for potential delays due to COVID-19 restrictions which sadly are out of our control, but we find are much less of an issue for orders within Australia).

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Standard Shipping (2-7 Business Days) : $6
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) : $12
***Free Express Shipping on AUS orders over $150


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

NEW ZEALAND:
Standard Shipping (7-15 Business Days) : $10
Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days) : $15

UNITED KINGDOM:
Standard Shipping (10-18 Business Days) : $25
Express Shipping (7-14 Business Days) : $35

UNITED STATES:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days) : $25
Express Shipping (7-12 Business Days) : $35

RETURNS

We get it, we’re an online business and you should have the option to wrap our threads around your rig before having to commit to keep, so at Harvard.Frost we do our best to make returns as easy as possible to accommodate for swapping items with an online store credit or simply giving us the flick and wanting your dollars back.

FULL PRICED ITEMS:

Exchange (Online Store Credit):
If you love the look but she’s the wrong size/colour please request the “Online Store Credit” option in your returns request. We can then provide you an online credit code for the full amount of the order returned (less shipping). Once your return is received and processed, we will provide you with a unique code for you to use at any time with no expiry date.

Refund:
We aren’t happy unless you are boo, therefore if you are eligible for a refund (less shipping costs) and once your return has been processed & reviewed we will refund your order immediately and shoot you back an email to confirm once complete.
All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS:

Unfortch all sale products are final and not eligible for a refund. Slack I know, but it’s our one condition so we know you aren't hatin'. However you have the option to return for an online credit on sale items should you wish to do so.



TO REQUEST A RETURN:


Not into any of the items you purchased? We aren't sure why, but that’s cool, no sweat. Please ensure your order is eligible for a return as per our returns terms above and complete the following steps within 14 days of receiving your order.
*All returns need to be requested within 14 days of receiving your order and any requests after this period will be denied - soz!

    (ensuring to clearly note your order number, contact details, reason for return and each item you wish to return)


  • Wait for our email reply confirming your return
    Once we receive your email request, we will verify and reply to your request by email to let you know where to post back your items.
    (please do not attempt to post items back to us without confirmation of your return).

  • Post your items back to us 
    Your confirmation email will include the postal address for you to arrange to post items back to us.
    (all items must be in their original packaging, unworn & free of odours, makeup and marks)

Once we receive your items we will be in touch to advise once your return is complete.

  • All returns need to be requested within 14 days of receiving your order and any requests after this period will be denied - soz!

  • All shipping costs associated with the return of an order are payable by the customer.
  • Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the items back to our warehouse.
